1. Services Provided The agency offers the following services:

• Crypto Payment System Setup: A one-time charged service involving website development, integration of a self-hosted cryptocurrency payment gateway (such as BTCPayServer), and/or optional hardware provisioning.
• Public BTCPayServer Instance Hosting: Access to a publicly available, shared BTCPayServer instance hosted by the agency, allowing users to create stores and process cryptocurrency payments. This is a non-custodial hosting service provided on an as-is basis.

2. After-Sales Service

The agency may offer optional after-sales support for either service, but such support is not included in the one-time setup charge or hosting access and may incur additional fees.

3. Non-Custodial Nature and Responsibility for Cryptocurrency Both services are strictly non-custodial:

The agency does not hold, store, manage, or have any access to clients’ or users’ private keys, seed phrases, wallets, or cryptocurrency funds. Payments processed through the setup system or public instance go directly to the client’s/user’s own wallet.

The agency exercises no control over transactions, funds, or any third-party services (e.g., wallets, nodes, or integrations) that clients/users may connect or use.The agency is not responsible for the security, loss, or technical issues related to cryptocurrency funds, except for providing initial setup guidance and recommendations for best practices. For the public BTCPayServer instance specifically: Use is at your own risk.

The agency provides no guarantees regarding server availability, security against hacking, technical failures, downtime, or data loss. Users are solely responsible for securely managing their own wallets, following cryptocurrency best practices (including regular offline backups of seed phrases and private keys), and bearing full responsibility for any loss of funds.

4. Irreversible Transactions All cryptocurrency transactions processed through the agency’s setup systems or public BTCPayServer instance are irreversible. The agency bears no liability for errors, underpayments, overpayments, or any consequences arising from such transactions.

5. Absence of Regulation and Compliance The agency is not a regulated financial institution and is not responsible for any regulatory, tax, or legal compliance issues related to the client’s/user’s use of cryptocurrency, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), or reporting obligations.

6. Technical Assistance and Limitations The agency provides technical assistance limited to initial setup and basic operation of the payment gateway or public instance. The agency is not responsible for ongoing operation, maintenance issues, compatibility with third-party tools, or any problems arising from user modifications, external services, or blockchain network conditions.

7. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services, including loss of funds, data, or profits.

8. Acceptance of Terms By engaging the agency’s services, paying for setup, or registering/using the public BTCPayServer instance, the client/user fully agrees to and accepts all terms outlined in this document.
